Data Protection Act
Pip Studio adheres to the Data Protection Act (WBP). This means that all your information will be recorded confidentially and protected on a secure server. The Personal Data Authority personally checks that your personal information is used carefully and that your privacy is also guaranteed in the future.
Right to inspection and correction
You can request access to your information from Pip Studio at any time. You can also request that your personal information be amended, supplemented, removed or screened off if incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files or techniques with which information is placed on your computer when visiting our website. Both Pip Studio and other parties can place cookies. Cookies are not used to retrieve private information from your device or to capture passwords.

Pip Studio guarantees a secure and reliable transaction with you and your bank, because all payments on pipstudio.com are done with Adyen payment service. Adyen guarantees security with every transaction by means of a secure SSL connection. Adyen has meanwhile become a leading global Payment Service Provider (PSP).
Secure SSL connection
Your transactions take place with a secure SSL connection. This connection (shown by the yellow padlock at the bottom right of the screen) guarantees a secure transaction with your bank. This form of encryption prevents hackers from using your information.
Your bank will connect to a SSL connection during payment whereby the pictogram (yellow padlock) disappears. The same secure SSL connection is however still present.
Payment from abroad
Payments from abroad are also done on a secure SSL connection.
Your credit card number is used once-off for payment of your order and is not saved. Pipstudio.com can therefore not use your payment information a second time.
Pip terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered into with Pip Boutique B.V. By ordering from pipstudio.com you accept the Pip Boutique B.V. general terms and conditions. You can download the general terms and conditions here.
Opening hours and contact information
We can be reached by phone on Monday through Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 on +31 (0)30 2271060. On Saturday and Sunday we cannot be reached by phone. Of course you can also send us an email at: email@example.com.
Your agreement with Pip
Pip is entitled to refuse an order, but also to attach special conditions to the order. If Pip is unable to determine your home address your order will not be accepted. The agreement takes effect the moment that Pip confirms your order by email.
Prices and costs
The prices on pipstudio.com exclude order and shipping costs. The order and shipping costs, charged with every order, within the Netherlands, amount to €4.95. Other rates apply outside the Netherlands. For more information see Delivery.
Import and custom expenses
The import and custom expenses will be calculated the moment that the order enters the country of destination. These costs must be paid by the recipient of the package. Pip has no control over these costs and cannot indicate how high these costs will be beforehand, since they vary by country.
If you are in doubt contact your local customs office prior to ordering so that there are no surprises when your package is delivered.
Pip ships accepted orders as soon as possible. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after payment has been received, if all articles are in stock. If a delivery cannot be carried out, or not in time (for example because the ordered articles are not in stock), you will be informed of this within 14 days after your order. Pip is not liable for damages resulting from exceeding the announced delivery times.
You should check the articles for possible damages before using and/or washing them. Used and/or washed articles can unfortunately not be returned. It may be that an article shrinks up to 4% (bedroom textiles, bath textiles and home textiles), but they will still be able to be used for their intended purpose. If an article does not fit because we delivered the wrong size, see the section Returns.
Not home upon delivery
If your order has been presented twice by DHL (DPD for France) and then was not collected at the post office/depot, it will be returned to Pip. If DHL (DPD for France) has to present the package again, there will be extra costs involved. These costs will be charged to the recipient. As soon as the payment for this has been received, the order will be presented for the third time. If you no longer wish to receive your order, the total amount (excluding the shipping costs) will be returned to you.
If your order is rejected at the provided delivery address, the order will be returned to Pip. We can send your order again, but you will be charged delivery costs for this. If you decide to no longer receive your order, the total amount (excluding the shipping costs) will be returned to you.
Delivery of delayed articles
Sometimes an article is not in stock. Because of this your order will be sent only once the article is in stock. We will inform you of this by email. When ordering multiple articles it may be that only one part of the order is in stock. In that case we may send multiple shipments of your order. Off course, Pip will bear any additional shipping costs.
A packing slip is included with every shipment. Among other things, the packing slip shows articles that have been delivered and their prices. It also has the return label which you include with a return shipment.
With all purchases you have a term of approval of 30 days. In this period you have a right of withdrawal. This means that you have the option of returning the articles that you have received. The articles should be returned in the original packaging and in an unused state. After receipt of the return, Pip will return the amount to you. The costs of the return shall be at own account.
If you receive an incorrect article, a flawed article or an incorrectly delivered order, you should return the order to Pip, unused, within 7 days. In that case Pip will pay the return costs. If it involves an order with a flaw (weaving flaw, discolouration, etc.), Pip will replace it and return it cost-free.
Returning Homewear and Beachwear
Homewear and Beachwear can be returned on condition that:
- the article is packed in the original packaging (including tissue paper);
- the article is unworn, undamaged, unaltered, unwashed and clean;
- you kept your underwear on during fitting, from a hygienic perspective;
- the hygiene strip in bikini bottoms and swimwear has not been removed;
- the price tag is still attached.
If it is found that you failed to observe one of these conditions, the return will not be accepted. You will be informed of this decision by email and the article will be returned.
All shipments sent by Pip, are insured by Pip. If you notice transport damage to your package before opening, contact Pip right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you notice the damage only after you have opened the packages, contact Pip within seven days. Unused damaged articles are replaced by Pip, free of charge. If you contact us about the damaged articles only after seven days, we will unfortunately not be able to replace the damaged articles free of charge.
Pip will not accept orders from persons younger than 18 without consent of parents and/or care givers. Consent can be given during checkout of your shopping cart.
If you place an order on pipstudio.com, you give Pip consent to use your personal information. Your information will be stored only insofar as it is necessary to achieve the purposes for which the personal information is acquired and processed by Pip.
In addition to implementing the agreement, it is understood it is for achieving marketing objectives and maintaining the customer relationship with you. The personal information provided by you is not shared with external parties for commercial purposes. You are always entitled to see and correct your personal information. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (WBP) Pip has reported the registration of personal data in the Authority for Personal Data. You may access your personal information at any time; simply email: email@example.com.
Advertising and consumer protection
If you are not satisfied with Pip's products or services, do not hesitate to contact us. Should you have a complaint regarding a delivered article, contact Pip within 14 days after establishing the fault.
Pip has an internal complaints committee which aims to solve any problems or complaints, always in consultation with the customer and in the best possible way. For this contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you place an order with Pip you can pay the amount owed via iDeal, Credit card (Visa and Master card), Paypal and Klarna. Pip Studio is not responsible for the settlement by these payment providers, in particular Pip Studio is not responsible for the settlement of personal information by the payment providers.
Pip reserves the right to carry out an audit after a purchase. Based on the acquired information Pip can offer an alternative payment method or cancel the order. Correspondence cannot be entered into regarding possible decisions and conclusions. All transactions that take place through pipstudio.com are coded for your safety.
Klarna handles the post payment process for pipstudio.com. This means that you will receive a digital payment slip from Klarna by email to pay for the purchased product(s). If you pay via Klarna for the first time you can pay Pip with a digital payment slip up to an amount of € 150. If you are already known at Klarna you can pay up to an amount of € 300. To approve your request to pay by payment slip, Klarna carries out an information check.

Pip accepts no liability to you for any damages unless its liability insurance covers the damages and to the extent that the insurer, in such a case, pays out compensation. Except for the cases mentioned above, the liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the article. In no case shall the compensation intended in this section amount to more than € 2,500. Pip is never liable for consequential damages.
In a situation of force majeure Pip's obligations are suspended. If the period in which the force majeure occurs is longer than two months, Pip and you have the right to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay compensation for damages. Force majeure is involved in the case of strikes, illness among staff, disruptions in transport and import/export bans, whether this with Pip or with the Pip's suppliers.
Conditions e-gift card
A few conditions apply to Pip's e-gift cards:
- An e-gift card issued by pipstudio.com can be used only at pipstudio.com.
- The e-gift card is valid for five years after date of issue.
- The e-gift card cannot be used for outstanding orders.
- The e-gift card (or balance thereof) cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The e-gift card cannot be returned.
- You can cash in only one e-gift card per order at Pip. If you have multiple e-gift cards, send your codes to email@example.com so that we can create one coupon code for you.
- The Pip e-gift card can be used for all articles, so also for SALE articles.
- The e-gift card is calculated over the entire shopping basket, including shipping costs.
- The e-gift card cannot be used to purchase a different e-gift card.
- When purchasing an e-gift card a minimum value of € 10 applies.
- When spending the e-gift card there is no minimum or maximum order value. If the order has a lower value than the value of the e-gift card, the remaining balance can be used with the next order. If the value of the order is higher than the used e-gift card, the difference should be paid with one of the other payment methods.
- When returning articles the remaining value is added to the (used) e-gift card. Shipping and return costs are not added.
- It is forbidden to change e-gift-cards (or the function thereof), to falsify them, to undermine or otherwise compromise them (including hacking). Every (attempt to) fraud or other unauthorised operation is registered and will lead to the use of e-gift cards being denied.
- Pip is not responsible for loss, theft and/or damage, or unauthorised use of the e-gift card.
- It is forbidden to use e-gift cards in any way for commercial purposes and/or purposes other than those for which they were issued.
These conditions may be amended from time to time. We recommend consulting the conditions each time before using or purchasing an e-gift card. If the e-gift card is cashed after amendments take effect the amended conditions are accepted.
Price change Porcelain collection
On 31 December 2015 our supplier implemented price changes within the Pip Studio Porcelain collection. Because of this the price labels may deviate from the new recommended sales prices.

On 4 February 2016 our supplier implemented price changes within the Pip Studio Bed and Bath collection. Because of this the price labels may deviate from the new recommended sales prices.
Free shopper promotion May 29
From Sunday May 29 to Saturday June 4 you are receiving a free Pip shopper with your order if you spend 50 euros or more. This is excluding shipping costs. Orders with only giftcards are excluded.
If you order wallpaper from Pip Studio, we recommend that you use Perfax Roll-On to attach the wallpaper to the wall.
