Shopping online at Pip Studio means paying securely. We guarantee you security and privacy by using a secure internet connection with your payment, so that you can enter your payment information with confidence.
You can recognise the secure environment by the https:// before the website address, instead of http://. You can see by the ’s’ (of ‘secure’) that you are in a secured environment.
In the Netherlands and Belgium, if you order before 22:00 on work days and pay with iDeal or credit card, your order will be delivered at home the following work day.
In Germany, if you order before 14:00 on work days and make a direct payment, your order, in principle, will be delivered to your home the following work day.
For all other countries: if you order on work days before 14:00, we pass the order to the mail order companies the same day. Depending on which country the purchase is being sent to, it could take 1 to 4 work days:
- France: 2 days
- United Kingdom: 2 days
- Luxembourg: 1 day
- Spain: 3 days
- Portugal: 2 days
- Italy: 3 days
- Denmark: 2 days
- Finland: 4 days
- Sweden: 3 days
- Malta: 2 days

Pip Studio's online payment options vary per country. From the Netherlands you can pay for your purchases via iDeal, Credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and pay after delivery with Klarna. In some countries you can post-pay your purchase with Klarna. You only pay when you have received your order. When you choose Klarna, you receive an invoice by email as soon as Pip Studio sends your purchases to you. This invoice should be paid within 14 days.
Please note: in case you are returning products, the amount will be deducted from your Klarna invoice.
